All items are produced upon request based on the selected size (XS–XXL), whether it’s a standard size or includes any special sizing request. In all cases, these are considered custom orders.

Therefore, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or alterations are allowed once the order is placed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at elysian_kwt@hotmail.com within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — so we can evaluate and resolve the issue accordingly.
